**Attendees must have already completed the All Women Are Sacred Workshop** We invite you to go inward, explore the universe within, and create this moment to sit with your soul. As we allow the intelligence within the heart to teach us through the elements—they remind us of who we are, why we are here, and help us awaken to what we are doing. Alkəmē represents a lifestyle of absolute authenticity. We celebrate your shadow, your light, and your unique expression on this planet. Since 100% of the donations to participate in this event will go to the House of Heart, and sponsoring future workshop attendees, this is a beautiful opportunity to be able to share the gift of healing and connection with other woman in need in our community while gaining additional healing for yourself. We invite you to join us up at the Cabin starting at 11am on Sunday, Aug 8th. There will be a light snack and tea while everyone arrives. Once everyone has arrived, we'll begin the experience with a meditation led by Tammy. Then you will have the opportunity, if you desire, to add your handprint to the canvas that will wrap the teepee. This is a very sacred and special honor, of which the symbolism will be explained during the meditation. Then we'll hear from Sam McDonald, Kenzie Mecham, and Jen Byrd. To prepare for the sound journey, we'll then have a small movement activity. The sound journey will be 90 minutes in total and will be led by Maara Ballesteros, Adrian Meinor, and Mariah Ballesteros. After the sound journey you'll be fed dinner (around 5pm). Every participant will be given a "healing bag" with a few items to take home with them. It is very important that as many people as possible carpool. We will have t-shirts available for purchase at the cabin for an extra donation if you desire. Please bring the following: A yoga mat or rug/blanket you can lay on A blanket/pillow (whatever you feel will help you be most comfortable during the sound journey) An eye cover (can be a scarf or bandana or eye mask) A water bottle To secure your spot you can either book "online" using your paypal account or complete a venmo transaction (participants must pay before July 24th to secure their spot).
